The individual we are seeking for this position will be responsible for ensuring clients receive excellent care in their homes by providing daily care, reports on client scheduled visits, and client to aide interactions. Must have flexible schedule, no basic ADL’s & IADL’s, reliable transportation and must be willing to travel. The ideal candidate is required to have up to date CPR Certification, First Aide Certification, TB Test, and must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in North Carolina. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to read and write consistent with job requirement.

• Completion of a basic aide training program consistent with state requirements, or completion of a State Approved HHA equivalency exam, which includes clinical requirements

• State registration required

• Shows evidence of fulfilling the State health requirements.

• Has a reliable means of transportation

• Must be capable of moving, lifting, and/or transferring a patient without posing a danger to the patient, co-worker, or the employee him/herself.

• Updated CPR and First Aid

• Updated TB Test
